And with the beach just a leisurely ten-minute walk away, you’re perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of both worlds — a private waterfront retreat designed for slow mornings, long afternoons, and unforgettable coastal escapes.

A private waterfront backyard built around the water — pool, dock, and open views, with dolphins often gliding by right under the dock.

— Optional spa heat, up to 104° (Spa heat is available for $25 per day upon request. Advance notice is appreciated, but we’re generally able to accommodate last-minute requests. The spa takes approximately one hour to reach temperature.)

Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.
Outdoor activities must move indoors after 10:00 PM.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Additional fees may apply for smoke odor removal and cleaning.
🐾 No Pets
Pets are not allowed. The home is not pet-friendly.
🚤 Boat Dock
The boat dock is not available for docking, mooring, or tying up boats.
🚗 Garage
The garage is not available for guest use.
📄 Rental Agreement
A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in.
Reservations will not be honored without a completed agreement.
